Ang Sonrisa De V (formerly named Palm Hill Beach Resort) ay isa sa paboritong lugar ng bawat pamilya sa Samal, hindi lang sa dahilang abot-kaya sa bulsa ngunit dahil hindi ito mataong lugar gaya ng ibang beach resort. Kaya ito naiiba sa lahat partikular citilink na sa mga kalapit nitong resort gaya ng Paradise Island at Blue Jazz Resort. Ang Sonrisa De V ay hindi masyadong mataas ang kalidad gaya ng ibang mga kilalang resorts sa Samal. Wala itong sariling restaurant, isang maliit lang na kanteen na may bilihan ng mga sigarilyo, alak o anumang klaseng simpleng pagkain. Mga simpleng citilink bagay at pangangailangan na posibleng hanapin ng mga bisita.
Ang beach resort ay kahalintulad na rin ng Blue Jaz, Paradise, Costa Marina, Chemas & etc..hindi sa pasilidad kundi sa extrang serbisyo na binibigay ng mga staff ng resort para sa mga bisita.
