Over the past few years in our town every turn opened a Chinese or Pakistani shop. How they survived sunset no one knows, because you never see people doing business in stores. Now and then someone bought a cheap pair of sneakers or a second-hand cell phone, but there's no way that their turnover is large enough to even pay their rent, let alone put food in their mouths.
The other day I asked someone who knows the town well where these people live, because you never see them move around sunset in the town. His answer sunset is that they remain behind in their stores.
